I have been on this for 2 were ks! and they say you’re really not gonna see a difference. I have noticed I am calmer. I’m sleeping through the night minus the occasional bathroom run but able to fall right back to sleep. The reason I know it’s really working is because my period is due in five days so I am about 14 days into this and what a difference. I I am also using the agent of repair cream and see such a difference in my skin. I am so happy with these products!
